Shipping and Delivery

We charge No delivery fee for any order. :)

Yes! we ship internationally for no extra charge.

Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or your local courier, depending on your shipping address provided. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within three business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 days for dispatch.


Estimated Delivery times according to countries:


United States: 5-12 daysCanada: 6-13 days

Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the shipping company's responsibility.

 

Please be informed that shipping time refers to the time it takes to ship the item after processing time.

We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Australia, and China. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our central fulfillment center in China, where we stock a large number of our products.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with our product, email us at hello@mrkoalaworld.com to let us know, and we will assist you with the further process.

At Mr.Koala®, we are 100% committed to making you happy. All our products have a 30-day trial which starts upon receiving your order. If you do not fall in love with the order, you may return them for a full refund. Just email us at hello@mrkoalaworld.com with the reason for return within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will organize your full refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved in returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until our team receives them. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

All returned products will not be sent out again. Every one of our customers will receive a brand-new product.

Damages and issues

Each order is hand-checked and packed by a member of Team Mr.Koala® before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to confirm your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect, and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.


Stolen Packages/Wrong Shipping address

Mr.Koala® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and wrong shipping addresses confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Mr.Koala® will ensure the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Refunds

Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using a credit/debit card or bank account, there might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank.
